I bought 2 not working speakers for 56 euro, to fix them. The reason I paid so much is that the items were perfect in picture but they arrived in a terrible package and got damaged in the transportation. They are aluminium speakers, very heavy and the packaging was light paper, without any protection. They were floating in the package and got damaged both on the aluminum part and on the textile. The seller says it is the courier fault but it was clearly not their fault.

Ich hatte mehrfach mit Ihnen sowie DHL Kontakt, auf den Bildern sieht man klar, dass das Paket von DHL beschädigt wurde. Die Schadensmeldung hätte von Ihnen ausgefüllt werden müssen. Aber sie sagten ja die Post zahlt eh nicht. Was soll ich sonst noch tun?
