The locomotive I purchased was represented as "running well" but when I got it it seemed to drag a bit and I found the gear tower and linkage missing from one truck. I came to realize this was probably an honest mistake. The seller went out of his way to resolve by trying to source parts to replace what was missing. When that failed he issued a generous partial refund to help me pay for replacement parts (which I ultimately found). Am completely satisfied and would recommend this seller.
