Seems to be a Lionel shell w/ an ives chassis.. The shell doesnt mount to the chassis because all of the tabs have broken off of the shell. During our testing It would only run in one direction, trying to run in the other direction would cause an overload. Well running in its one direction it ran poorly, lots of sparks, not smooth. Will need repairs & is being sold as-is. See pics for details. Thanks for looking!”
