Item not as described seller offered return spent two days running around after printing return labels and Parcelforce won’t return it as they do not accept car bumpers seller is refusing to accept this so am now stuck with a £500 paperweight which is ready to return but I can’t

Firstly, the supposedly damaged photos are blurry and nothing is clearly identifiable. Nevertheless, I immediately accepted the return offer and promptly sent the DHL return label. We ship bumpers to the UK via DHL every week, and so far all shipments have been reliably delivered by DHL's UK partner, Parcel Force. Bumpers returned by buyers have also consistently reached us. Therefore, Parcel Force must accept the return packages we provide. The buyer's statement is therefore incorrect.
