I tried to cancel immediately after I placed the order. It was a mistake...wrong size. I was told I had to wait 3 days for the order to process, then I could cancel. I still kept emailing and texting. I wanted to cancel before the order went through. I got no response. Then 3 days later, I got a message saying the order was processed and it couldn't be returned. Very poor customer service!!!! Very dissatisfied.
