The equipment is totally defective.
1. The device is password locked, therefore it cannot be configured or accessed
2. The cameras are defective. Sometimes they turn on and then they turn off
3. Three of the DVR channels are NOT working
4. Two of the cameras never turn on, they are burned out
5. The AC charger does not work, I checked it with my multimeter and it does not pass current
6. I connected the device with one of my chargers and after 1 minute it freezes due to the equipment heating up.
