I paid top dollar for a historical document and the seller shipped it in an envelope. No cardboard to protect it, nothing, only a thin pad. It got chewed up by the USPS meat grinders and torn at the corners. No apology offered and the seller said to return it. Would it hurt to leave your pride aside and be more courteous to your customers and accept your mistakes? Neg feedback is 100% warranted.
