It took almost 10 days to receive my dress. The pleats on the dress were completely flattened & messed up & I had to iron & fix each one separately after I washed the dress.

I am sorry that your dress arrived in a condition that you were not pleased with. I think the packaging may have wrinkled the pleats. Being that it was 100% cotton this can happen in shipping.
