FedEx box was showing very serious damage to top corner, but, after opening, the merchandise was very well wrapped and padded at the corners. No damage to report. Item did not come with any instructions but I located several videos on line. I attached the trunk spoiler today in 30 mins. Looks great. Paint matches perfect.

The install process looks easy but in real life mounting it on a round drop off surface AHEM Sequoia was nothing like mounting it on the Camry (instruction video). I ended up changing all the hardware for serrated bolts and nuts because for some reason using Phillips screws is cheaper than supplying hex bolts?? In the end though I was able to mount it after mustering some brain cells! The spoiler is great though so do not fret on buying it.
