The item is constructed of good materials but the head was loose on the pole where the inside bore of the head was to big for the outside diameter of the pole, and the wing nut securing fixing holes didnt line up. And there was no diagram. So rather than return the item I made the necessary adjustments myself using insulating tape and an agle grinder.
