Custom thread stand fits my Janome MC500e machine well. It will accommodate 5 5,000 meter spools just fine but a thread net may be necessary to keep the thread from falling under the base of the spool and causing too much tension and eventually snapping. This thread stand is well worth the money spent in my opinion.
