Gaskets are all dried out, and there is part of a newspaper that was trimmed and used to seal the lower throttle plate to the float bowl casting! Lol! The word "RALLY" is laser etched onto the side of the carburetor. Throttle shaft and the choke shaft are both rusty and need to be removed to clean them. Choke pullout is weak because the diaphragm is old. This carb has been sitting on a shelf for a long time. Needs to be torn apart/rebuilt!
