There was a problem with seller and customs, they said that no digital customs had been reported, but the customs number was on the package, but it was not enough, so I have paid double customs and VAT.

Sorry, customs has nothing to do with us, it is between you and your Government Not sure why you would leave this feedback for us, I have already suggested you take the issue up with eBay as they charge you VAT not us. If you had to pay VAT again in your Country then you should try and get eBay to refund you the VAT you have paid them
