The shipping the buyer paid was 16.95, to ship the metal hand truck from new York to California was 116 dollars,that was to much for me to absorb, so I sent a explanation message and gave complete refund, this ebayer sent me a profane message and left rude feed back, I asked ebay too remove the bad language in the feedback but they refused ,so I want tell this ebayer that he sucks and is rude and should learn to handle dissapoment like an adult
