The oven was wrapped very well, so I was very surprised to discover a huge dent in top of oven, which seems it had to have been done before packing, fortunately it is hidden in wall and won't be seen, and when I removed protective plastic off oven door handle, I realized the handle had a huge dent in it! It's not cool having a brand new oven with nasty looking door handle. I messaged and was told they didn't have one, but they'll send me one when they get one...I'm pretty sure what that means!
