the strap is very stiff and I would have LOVED to be able to exchange the item for one with different colored hardware (I accidently bought the wrong color) but there are no returns, so I had to buy 2. Now I am stuck with a strap I can't use.

Description states leather but the straps are plastic. They are not the same size as the straps on the actual purse.
