    I recently purchased equipment from this seller, but unfortunately, it did not work as expected. The software failed to detect the audiometer, rendering it unusable. To make matters worse, the seller refused to accept a return, which makes me feel like I've wasted my money. I am very disappointed with this experience and would caution others considering a purchase.
