Item description was incomplete and stated "some parts may be missing". Sent seller an email specifically asking if the radio faceplate was in the package as the photos were not clear in this regard. Seller never clarified this issue. The item post stated that returns were accepted so I took a chance that the "missing parts" did not include the faceplate. Otherwise, the transaction was satisfactory with quick shipping and item in "as new" condition.
