$9.99 for shipping when pkg weighs less than 4 ounces. Worst than that seller bagged the pins and then dropped them in a poly bag with no padding. Many of these are lithos and scratch easy. Seller seems to have reasonable shipping on other items, so why the high price on this lot? Maybe trying to make up for the low starting price? We contacted the seller before leaving this feedback to allow a chance to justify the cost, but they declined to respond.
