Shipping was fast, but if I wanted to return it the cost was $165!! I ordered the memory foam pillow, but it was too soft. The description says "hard" but it was definitely soft. It seems the construction of this type of pillow has changed from when I first purchased one ten years ago. I can't afford the cost to return it so will try to recoup my money by selling it locally.
