The dress was marketed as new without tags but there is damage to the breast cups around the wire. The wire is wrapped with yellowish cloth which is visible due to damage to the white lace surrounding it from wear and tear. I'm not happy about this since I bought this dress just in time for my vacation tomorrow and expected it to be in great condition.
