Was sent what looked like a refurbished unit with the screen popping out. Contacted seller who told me to reach out to Dell. Dell refused to fix it. Terrible customer service and seller did not want to make it right by sending a replacement. Will not be buying from them again or recommending.

This is completely incorrect. The unit was perfect when we sent it out and we had all the photos to back that up. Dell warranty in place for another year. Guy gets a i7 tablet for $400 and complains about damage that didn't exist when it left. We told him we could either file a damage claim with Fedex or he could get Dell to fix it under warranty, neither of these things did he want to do, then he started to "stick us up" for money back in a rebate which we never do. Then he got mad and left a -
