Item is a sports card which was trimmed to improve appearance. This was a fraudulent sale and I am returning the item for a refund.

Nothing was fraudulent about the sale. Item was listed correctly, and as described. The card was not trimmed and has been graded by a grading service and enclosed in plastic.
The card grade would have noted trimming if that was the case. The only thing fraudulent here is you not returning the card and trying to get a charge back on your account. You're basically trying to steal the card and using eBay's buyer protection system as a cover for the illegal activity you are committing. CRIMINAL
