When the necklace arrived one of the stones had come out of its setting and was loose in the baggie. After examination with a magnifying glass and reviewing the photos, I believe someone had attempted to replace a missing stone with a slightly smaller one. The seller responded that it was missing no stones when it was sent. I imagine the jostling during shipping caused the replacement stone to be dislodged. I am choosing to view this as a cautionary tale about the risks of buying jewelry online.
