Seller I assume the item was quality. The incompetent U.S. Mail routed shipping all all over the country and we received it the day before we had to travel. It was packaged well and when given as a gift it was well received. Non of this was sellers fault......U.S. Mail showed total incompetence with the delivery to us. The cups delivery was so greatly delayed by the US Postal Service we had no time to have it engraved..........
