Parts fit. But I took the inner plastic piece off to check the o ring bushing and it was not seated correctly. Taking it apart and putting a little white grease on the bushing allowed it to seat. The four screws were removed during the process and I added a dab of Loctite to the threads upon assembly. The valve cover and Gasket pre assembled is the way to go. I tried to install a gasket on OEM and it required super glue and about 24 of those clamp clips to do it. leak again at 20K miles.
