I specifically asked if anything was broken or wrong with a Garmin watch that I purchased. The answer was simply, "no, there's nothing wrong with the watch." However, after it showed up and I tested it out, I found that the down button does not produce any response on the control screen. I have messaged the seller and received limited communication and then no responses back from the seller. I'm very disappointed
