Received the charge wire only. Fortunately I read about this new policy and was able to find a charger before phone arrived. No charger=no phone.The mailing period was long. I was without a phone for the entire time. Poor instructions came with it small print,etc. hardly any help. The phone still isn't useable because of so many caveats with service providers, Google, etc. It's been a nightmare that is continuing. The on button is too recessed, hard to use. I have admit so far I'm disappointed.

It is stated in our product description what's included in the box. Unfortunately, since 2021 Samsung does not include chargers in their Series A anymore. Transit times were long because the item was purchased with two major holidays in between, (Christmas, New Year.) USPS takes a break during those two holidays.

Bios on this phone is a welcome surprise after using the Nokia 6300 (having a supposedly later OS). None of Nokia's keybounce issues, and keyboard always defaults to predictive mode. I don't mind that a myATT app and browser are permanently installed on my third page.
