I never received the keypad! Item was shipped from Japan in a timely fashion. Item was destined for Canada but it went via USA where it was held by DHL in Customs. DHL then returned the item to the shipper. After further correspondence with the seller I am now satisfied that DHL and not the seller was responsible for me not getting the item. The seller appears to be reputable and I received a prompt refund. I am in the process of trying to get a refund of the duty and taxes I paid to CBSA.
