Fair shipping cost Cons: main compartments of the waist pouch that hold the water bottles are broken- both of them (see pics). These parts are not easy to put back together. Biggest issue I had: I initially made an offer for this item since it was used and had some visible signs of wear. Seller refused to accept an offer more than $5 less than the item. Honestlly- a $5-10 discount for each broken piece would have been more than reasonable….imo
