This is the first time I’ve ever written anything negative. Unfortunately the lipstick was sticky like glue and decomposing. I wrote to the seller asking for a refund. First she said she didn’t know my purchase info (although it’s the only lipstick she had at the time) and then when I sent her a picture of both the purchase and the decomposing lipstick, she asked me to start a return receipt. I again asked for a refund. No reply.
