Item was winning bid and payment was accepted. However the item's status never indicated that it was shipped. Contacted seller about its status after waiting a reasonable amount of time. Seller did provide a full refund but didn't explain the reason why the item was not shipped. Grateful for the refund but very disappointed that my item was not delivered since the seller subsequently posted 2 more similar lots.
