The item itself is fine, but the package was missing the wires necessary to connect the motor to the car's power. The other thing is that while it fits the 1994 Mustang GT Convertible, the mounting holes don't match up to the car's, so some modifications may be in order. The gearing works fine when connected to the power window regulator and held there by hand. The seller was very helpful and did what they could. In the end, they offered me a full refund. They are a good ebay partner.
