I ordered a Kong toy for my dog for his birthday. He's a Rottweiler so I need really durable toys. But what showed up was not what I ordered. They shipped me the wrong toy. I sent a message to the seller and they blame their staff for shipping the wrong toy. Then they say the toy is strong enough for your dog. I asked for a refund and they messaged me the return label. I sent the toy back and took forever to get my refund. I also call eBay customer service about this issue and he was rude.

We shipped the wrong color by accident and it was the same toy. Not a different one. I even offered a big discount to make up for the mistake. We processed the return asap and refund the second it was returned.
