Probably could have been a bit cleaner, there was some dirt/grime on the case that I was able to clean easily with an alcohol wipe. Cosmetic damage to the case was somewhat more extensive than the pictures showed but this didn't bother me. Disc is in fantastic condition as well as the manual. Overall, pretty good product. Restating the bit about cleaning though. Definitely could have done a little more on your end to ship the game in a nicer state. No complaints other than that though.
