Do make sure you have a Torx T6 screwdriver head for the tiny screws on the circuit board. It really is easy and makes a huge difference to the previously worn appearance. The switches are very well made, a perfect fit and the rear illumination works as it should. Images show old/worn switches and replacement. Absolutely 100% recommend.

The two switches supplied are a really good colour match for the original switches and appear to be of a good quality. They aren't too difficult to fit once the HVAC unit has been removed. They aren't "rubberised" (like the OEM ones were) so hopefully, unlike the original ones, they won't suffer from the issue of going sticky/tacky with the passing of time. So far I am very impressed with them and they seem to be a really good replacement item.
