Your order was shipped 2 days after your paid for it. I'm not responsible for the post office delivery times. It was shipped in a timely manner. The shipping was as advertised. Everything was combined and shipped into one order under 1 shipping charge. For larger stamp sheets the shipping is $3.99 and that is what you were charged. There was no inflated shipping.
