expected color as pictured (gold) got a "silver" instead. small partial refund but really disappointed as i already had silver one

The coin was $20 minus shipping. I refunded $10 so I gave half back. I also offered $20 credit towards another purchase. The coin was never advertised as gold and Pokémon 25th celebrations UPC English never released a gold coin. In total you were offered $30 back. I strive for great customer service and feel the neutral comment isn’t fair. Thanks again for your purchase but please be honest in how I tried to make things better. Have a great day.
