We informed them that it appears to have gotten on the wrong truck, but that it was now on the way to them, and we apologize on behalf of USPS for the delay. Asked if there was anything else we could do at that time and no response was given other than the fact that they would leave a negative review. I do apologize on behalf USPS for the delay, but I am glad the package arrived in time for the birthday.
