This arrived fast, ahead of schedule. I built a prior version of this some years back, which is still working perfectly. Arrived missing two bypass capacitors and two resistors, so check carefully and make sure. I had equivalents around, so it was no big deal here. It also has some changes from the original circuit. He's added an output protection chip and relay, and trimmer pots for the reg supplies and offsets. You'll need a voltmeter to set them. A cheap component-checker helps too.
