Seller Notes: “Although I have not found any major damage on most of these marbles, these are very old marbles and ... “Although I have not found any major damage on most of these marbles, these are very old marbles and so will show old minor flake chips, impact fractures, rough raised bumps, air pockets, scratches, cracks and other flaws...and I am seeing tiny impact fractures in many of these marbles.. One, a green and red, shows a large dent in the marble, a manufacturer's flaw, not a flake chip (pic 9). At least 2 of the marbles are from the pre-freeze era (see pics 6 + 7). There may always be small manufacturer's defects or microscopic blemishes or flaws consistent with age and use which is to be expected in antique and vintage items. Rest assured that any major issues will always be both documented and photographed to the best of my ability. Be sure and check the photos as they are an integral part of the description and do a much better job of showing condition issues than what I can explain through the use of the written word. Use the magnification tool and feel free to ask questions.”
