This was sent as a NEUTRAL feedback. eBay has the oppressive policy of downgrading NEUTRAL feedback to NEGATIVE feedback. The arrival time was messaged to me as May 28, 2024. I used the tracking number in the confirmation message. I was not able get results when I used it. The purpose of the feedback was to notify the seller that the item had not arrived. Who knows why, it may be beyond anyone’s control. This revised feedback must be POSITIVE due to the alleged policy about NEUTRAL feedback.
