The dress had an unprofessional alteration to take up the bodice on both sides. The surged seam on the inside of the dress was coming apart. There is evidence with seam tracks in small holes on the outside of the dress, too.
Also, there is a pen mark that was less obvious under one arm.
I have included photos here of the issues I described above.
This dress was misrepresented by the description, “Great gently used condition. Size medium.”

As can be seen by my excellent feedback, I am always more than happy to work with my customers to create a positive outcome. Buyer was unhappy with the speed at which I replied, but unfortunately, I do work in health care and cannot always respond immediately. I missed the alterations on this dress when listing it for sale, and because of this oversight, have offered a free return which was declined by buyer.
