Bed delivered with holes not drilled correctly and one side piece too short (I measured against other parts with same part number) Contacted company who after ignoring me for 2 weeks said that it was my fault and even if it is faulty as I bought it in a sale then they werent prepared to refund the small amount it cost to pop to a DIY store to make it work. Laughable firm. Do not expect quality and aftersales is a fraud.

As we have had customers and even Essex Flat pack who is a assembly specialist who had the same issue we did not think there was no fault with the bed or parts. You have said that you did not tighten one end we do believe you. We hope you are still happy with the price, delivery and room of choice service you received. We have refunded the £15 as a goodwill gesture. Apologies this was not passed to the correct person
