Unfortunately the royal mail can let us down, what is important is how we rectify the issue and in this case as soon as I saw it had not been received I issued a full refund. There wasn't any better way to resolve the problem that was caused by the postal service and not myself, negative feedback should be reserved for problems caused by the seller which this is not, we work extremely hard to ensure our customers are happy but we can't control an item getting lost by the royal mail.
