Exactly as described. I haven't tested it yet but it was packed well and the quality of construction is good. The only neutral I have is that it took 9 calendar days for the seller to ship. From purchase to arrival was 22 calendar days so not terrible for the price and the distance it traveled. It was still worth the wait and I'm happy with the purchase and I would make it again.
