Its a postage delay, was sent straight away from our end. I will refund in full if you did not received it in two weeks time.
Unfortunately, we are tied to Royal Mail and if there is a delay, its not us, its from the carrier. But in case its lost in dispatch, which is absolutely rare, I will issue a full refund and its same policy for all my customers.

I am very disappointed with the cricket bat anti scuff protection sheet which I purchased from you. The material is extremely thin and does not adhere properly. I applied one sheet to my top-grade cricket bat, but it did not stick well at all. This item did not meet my expectations based on your advertisement. I feel it was a waste of money.

Buyer never shared any photos whatsoever, when I asked to show proof. He expected a full refund when I explained to share the photo to see how much oil was on the bat before trying on the scuff sheet. This sheet is legit kookaburra, comes straight from them, and never failed is last 9 years of me using it. It was not a faulty batch as same ones are used by me and many other customers with good feedback.If you do not provide proof, and dont know how to apply it, I cant refund for your mistakes.

The item never arrived. When asked about it, seller was rude and started taunting me. Buy at your own risk. You may get what you paid for, or you may not + get rude messages from the seller. Willing to provide screenshots. I lost 20 odd dollars, that’s fine but hope anyone else does not as well. Cheers.

Rude and aggressive buyer, he kept insisting I have failed to do my duty which I have explained more than once that there was no delay by our end, and we cant do anything if delayed by carrier and customs. I said to be patient and the item will be with them.
This buyer kept abusing and at the end, he opened an item not received case on eBay which is not true as its still in dispatch he did not lost anything as it will be fully refunded in due course if he does not receive it. No loss for him.
