    I was only offered a NEW or USED condition option for this item, so I chose new as it had been stored in a drawer in the original packaging for years and was never used. I would gladly refund the purchase price if an item is defective. The proper way to handle this would be to contact me directly to let me know, rather than negative feedback. If you remove the feedback, I can send you a refund.
