On purchasing a XL cosy pet dog kennel from this company I found a few things wrong with this item the wood at the base of the kennel was splitting which held the extra supporting legs to this kennel. Also the insulation on this kennel is only very thin polystyrene which is the same as the packing that it came with, I rang customer services which offered me £25 refund as I didn’t want to be charged for sending the kennel back. This is a nice kennel t look at just a bit flimsy wood.
