failed to clone, however charged me $119, I have to try another way to solve this problem. althought my old ECU has capacitor damage but they gave me hope that will be fixed.

Dear customer I'm sorry the outcome was not what you expected, although as you know we informed you 3 times it was your own risk to send the ECU over knowing it was defective, you agreed to that in writing! We worked a good 6 hours to try to solve the problem on your ECU so we could read it and perform the job, unfortunately, the outcome was not what we expected but even so we offered you another solution, you can't expect people to work for you for free, it was a risk you knew ahead of time!
